If you are the contact person on the ticket, you should be receiving emails via our system as your ticket gets worked.
You can also login to our online support portal:
You received your login to the support portal via email. Search your email for: “Your Login for rSupport Ticket Portal”
You can change your password, after you login by clicking on ‘My Account’.
1. Click on ‘My Account’ on the top right of the page.
2. Click ‘Change Password’.
3. Save new Password.
